Home Strategy Binerexis’ Pyro lesson Part 1 – You asked for it, you got...

Since I got TF2 three years ago, I’ve been a fan of WiNG’s Failspy Adventures. No really, it was one of the first things I found after I started playing and there was nothing else like it. Not only was it funny and informative but the advice was easy to follow and it made me better at playing Spy. Before watching the videos, espionage was impossible for me, but suddenly, I shot up to mediocre standard and was getting a fairly average score. Funnily enough, I was thinking about making my own series of class tutorial videos in the same style,* but then a few things got in the way, namely becoming a staff writer here and getting the death-plague.

However, in the light of recent events, I’ve decided to cave in to user requests and finally start this series. There’s no turning back now. You asked for it, now you’ve got it. Sit down, take out your notepads and begin your learnin’!

If you enjoyed that video, make sure you subscribe to the new Top Tier Tactics YouTube channel. That’s where you can expect to see more incredible, mind-blowing videos from me and the other T3 writers. You will definitely not get any viruses by clicking that link!

* I still have the email I sent to WiNG from back then asking about what software to use, certain settings etc.

  1. Cool video, but I felt like you should have been a little more patient overall. You should also consider using a different flamethrower if you’re not going to be quickly switching to your melee weapon a lot. You’ll go over all the other cool pyro weapons in your next video riiiiiiiiiiiight?

    • Going along the lines of only using the Degreaser for fast melee switches isn’t the smartest thing to do. Why? EVERYONE assumes that’s what ALL Degreaser Pyros do. As soon as the see one that quick-switches to a shotgun, they shit themselves.

And you’ll have to wait until the next video to see what’s in it.

  2. I rarely leave a response, but I browsed some responses here Team Fortress 2 Pyro Guide:

strategy & humor. I actually do have some questions for you if it’s okay. Could it be simply me or do some of these comments appear like they are coming from brain dead folks? :-P And, if you are posting on other social sites, I would like to keep up with anything fresh you have to post. Would you post a list of all of your public pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
