I use WiNG’s Assassinate build and for Corruption I use morph and smoke bomb with overall cooldown and blender, 3 kill streak and revelation. I know I never get to use revelation so I may switch to score 2x for when i accidentally spam A and choose the same set for hunting, this has happened to me multiple times. |

For Corruption, I use my go-to sets of Bodyguard and Smokebomb on defense and Charge and Smokebomb on offense. For Assassinate I use Mute and Smokebomb combined with Kill Buffer and 7 Kill Streak and focus on luring people into stuns and racking up streaks. I can’t seem to get away from Smoke (except in Escort). :\ |

My only problem with double defensive skills in Assassinate is I feel smart players don’t/won’t fall for the stun lures. The game ultimately becomes a matter of “who messes up first.” |

Mute/Smoke for me. If I get targeted, I just use them to stun and get a good kill. When going after targets, I rarely need abilities to get them. Roofers are always a thing, but I usually don’t bother with them. I’m considering switching Mute for hidden gun tho, as it’d solve the roofers. I’m just not very fluid with the gun, which is why I’m a little hesitant. |

Granted, Wing. That said, I would never try too hard to lure someone into a stun. I’d rather add a kill onto my streak and move on if my target’s too dense to read the signs and snuggle into the cold embrace of his undoer. While I definitely like the idea of Hidden Gun for crowd control, I wouldn’t trade the ability to mass produce stuns and surefire Hidden/Focus/Incognito/Buttrape kills for the ability to call down an Old Skool Ottoman nuclear strike. Shinryu: Roofer + Smokebomb = Grab Kill = 450 XP, but there definitely is a certain satisfaction in capping a mug just as he begins to realize his dream of flying. |

Landon: I reckon throwing a smoke bomb at a running roofer, while making sure he is on the edge of said roof (so a grab-kill is possible) would be extremely difficult. but I agree with you on your hidden gun stance. It’s good for CC, but I’d hate to trade off an ability I can get mass points from stunning etc off. |

The more games I play against multi-prestige players, the lower the score is at the end. Every player is waiting to lure every other player into a stun. The end result is a lot of posturing for hours and getting nothing done. In the meantime I can get tons of free gun kills. |

@WiNGSPANTT You’re not playing against good Assassinate players if they’re trying to stun-bait a prestige 4. |
