How to get a custom avatar on forum/comments

While I’ve decided to change the auto-generated avatars to a retro, 4-bit gaming look, I assume many of you are interested in something a bit more personal.

T3 uses the Gravatar icon system. In order to use a unique avatar here, go to Gravatar’s web site and create an account using the exact same e-mail you use for your T3 comment/forum account.

Once you’ve made an account, you can upload an image. That image will be associated with T3 and any other blog that uses the Gravatar system.

My default is a retro, 4-bit pink cock & balls. I’m not sure whether I should change it or not.

I should look if I can find the avatar I had first. “I was on this site before it used 4bit.”
While the new one isn’t as…suggestive as jotun’s, I almost feel a little connected to those green triangles.

Now THAT is a Gravatar I am happy with.
It’s basically a pony character whose concept was yoinked from another story (We authors call it “inspired”), but who has undergone some changes to make her more fitting for me. I’ll make sure she’s in every single story of mine.
